Purchase order Terms and Conditions of www.com-forsa.com defines the Sale functioning and the related purchasing process of Customers .Before purchasing, customer confirms he has read, understood and accepted the said rules.This commercial Use is subject to the Use Conditions, Data Policy and Data Protection according to the Sale Conditions.

 1 Prices

Prices for products offered on www.com-forsa.com are indicated next to the corresponding product.

VAT, shipping costs and other additional fees are not included in this price.

Given prices are subject to change without prior notification due to increasing cost of raw materials ( Mainly Gold and Silver).

www.com-forsa.com can offer to customers Special Offers or a Final variation price when it considers convenient.

 2 Orders

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If all items ordered are on stock,the order will be delivered in 24-48 hours (working days). Depending the hour you placed the order and the volume of references.We always contact the Customer if the ordered item is out of stock. We used to do it to know if Customer wants to wait the said Item or, on the contrary, if he prefers receiv the order without the said item.

The first minimum order to open an account with www.com-forsa.com shall amount 150€ without VAT.

The placed order will be saved in your personal account, to keep it mind and maybe re-order it later.

3 Shipping and Transport

 Com-Forsa Used to work with severals shippers:  UPS, Seur, Tourline and Correos

 4 Damage during delivery

 On delivery, you will be asked to examine the goods, if you notice a damage on the packaging or items , you should do a reclaim and record this fault/damage on the delivery document. You shall notify us of such fault or damage by fax, phone or email in 24 hours maximum. If these conditions are not met,www.com-forsa.com will not assume any responsibility for the goods. Sign the delivery document means that the delivery has been accepted and renouncing any claim regarding the order received .

 5 Payment

 Customers have the following payment options : Visa credit card, Paypal, Cash on delivery, bank tranfer or physical payment method ( picking up directly at the shop). If any item you ordered is out of stock or no longer available after you have placed your order,you will be refund by the same method as your original payment.

 For a faster order´s check out, we kindly ask you to send a copy of your transfer to pedidos@com-forsa.com.

If you do the payment via Online Bank, you can take a screenshot of the successful payment .

User has a period of 10 days from the date of order to do the bank transfer. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

If User wants to pay by cash-on-delivery , he can choose between Seur, UPS and Spanish Post Mail (equivalent to English Royal Mail)

 6 Returns

On delivery, you will be asked to examine the goods. If there is a damage or some items are missing or wrong, you should record this on the delivery document

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received a damaged item. We will replace it or if we are unable to do so, we will refound you for this item. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us too. ( giving us invoice number, references, problem´s description etc...)

If you want to return a part or the whole order, you may do it within 15 days of delivery

Com-forsa gives you 15 days from the delivery date to return a part or the whole order. Before send it back, you have to contact us.

 7 Real size of the items

The sizes of the goods may differ in real from how they appear on your screen for an optimal preview. Com-Forsa provides real size in the description of each item.However, the website is intended for a professional use, Com-Forsa will not be able to receiv any claims for this kind of mistake. In order to process your order and assign the copyright of images to our clients, we require us to provide some personal information such as name, VAT number, name, address, phone and e-mail which are computerized . You expressly authorize such data are stored in our customer database for internal use.

According to the Organic Law 15/99 of 13 December about Data Protection Act , you can, at any time, access, modify or cancel your personal information from our database through our website or sending an e-mail to pedidos@com-forsa.com.

Co. Com-Forsa, SL will never sell customer´s information to others and will never let know your data informations.

 Credit card Details

Co. Com-Forsa, S.L doesn´t have acces to the User´s credit card numbers. User´s details are directly sent to La Caixa Bank . There they process the payment and confirm us when the payment has been successfully made. Co. Com-Forsa, S.L. Takes every possible measure to protect your personal Data.

In our Shops as well as Online, Com-Forsa only deals with PROFESSIONALS Clients from different Business Sectors.

Those website´s products are not sold to final consumers.It is strictly prohibited to use this web page for said use. In case of any irregularities had been detected about it, Com-Forsa reserves the right to cancel the business relationship established with the website registered customers
