The terms and conditions of purchase of regulate the operation of trade and the purchase procedure of users, being binding. 1 Prices

2 Orders


Once you have filled in your basket and confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.


If we have all the products in stock, your order will be available within 24-48 hours. It will be dispatched the same day or the following day at the latest, depending on the time of making the order and the number of references. In the event of stock shortages on any item, we will always contact the customer to ask if they wish to wait for this item or if they wish to receive the order without that item.


To register as a professional customer, the minimum initial order is 50€.


Your order will be saved in your file so that you can repeat it or take it into account for future purchases.


3 Shipping and Delivery

COM-FORSA works with different transport companies (DHL, GLS, ASIGNA, MRW, ENVIALIA and CORREOS) for its national and international shipments.


IMPORTANT: Due to the sharp increases in fuel oil prices that we are experiencing in recent months, our shipping policies have also undergone changes.






Shipments to the European Union are made through the shipping agencies DHL, GLS and CORREOS.

The transport company will come a total of 2 times to deliver the package, in case of absence on both occasions the package will be sent to the nearest delegation to the postal code of shipment, having the customer to come to pick it up.


If you want the package to be sent again, you will have to pay again the shipping costs to have the package re-shipped and delivered to the shipping address.


In case we contact the customer to report an incident and we do not get any communication with him for more than 3 days, the package will be returned to our facilities and the customer will have to pay the costs incurred.


If we have stock in all the products you request, you will be able to receive your order 24/48h (working days) after receiving an email with the tracking number and confirming that your order has been shipped.


Your order may leave our warehouse the same day, depending on the time of order placement and the volume of products ordered.


All shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland and International will be sent by DHL, GLS, ASIGNA and CORREOS courier companies.


In the event that customs holds the package, the recipient will be responsible for the handling fees. This condition is accepted at the time of purchase.


In those cases in which the package has arrived at destination and the customer refuses the customs and handling payment, Com-Forsa will not be responsible for the package, being deposited in the customs of the corresponding country waiting for the recipient to receive it.


In any case Com-Forsa will not be responsible for the payment of customs clearance or taxes derived from them.


4. Transport incidents


The goods always travel insured. Upon receipt of the goods by the customer, if you notice any type of misuse or damage to the packaging and/or goods in the package/envelope, it is essential, for the purposes of possible claims against the transport agency, to note this circumstance on the carrier's delivery note.


This incident must be communicated by fax, telephone call or e-mail within a maximum period of 24 hours. If these conditions are not met, will not assume any responsibility for the goods. Once the delivery note has been signed and the customer has given his agreement, it will be understood that the delivery has been accepted, which implies the waiver of any type of claim with respect to the goods received.


5. Payments


Once you have made the payment, you can use the payment method of your choice. The accepted methods of payment are Visa, Paypal, Bank Transfer and physical payment (in the case of in-store collection).


In case there is not enough stock and you have made a payment, the refund will be made as soon as possible by the same means.

To speed up the processing of the order, it is advisable to send an e-mail to indicating that the transfer has been made and attaching, if possible, the transfer receipt. In case of making the transfer via electronic banking, it is also valid the copy of the screen where the satisfactory result of the operation appears (you can copy the screen with the button "Print Screen" located in the upper right corner of your keyboard and pasting ("Control + V") in any Word, Excel, PowerPoint document or in the same body of the e-mail message.


The user has a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of the order to make the payment by bank transfer. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the order.


In the case of cash on delivery, the user may choose the preferred means of transport between Seur or Correos.


6 Returns


Check your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible indicating the damage observed in order to proceed to a quick solution.



Please contact us indicating the damage, the order number and the references affected. If we do not have the product in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible so that, if necessary, we can pay you for it.


If you have received your order with the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible indicating the invoice number and a brief description of the error (references, quantities, etc...).


If after receiving your order, you wish to return part or all of it, please contact us indicating the details of the purchase. Remember that you have 15 days after receipt of the order to inform us of your decision. After this period no returns will be accepted.


7 Actual size of the pieces


The photographs of the pieces are in the maximum possible size for an optimal visualization and an optimal understanding of their characteristics. If there are different sizes of the same piece, Com-Forsa will try to inform the real sizes of the piece. However, since this website is intended for professionals familiar with the products, Com-Forsa is not responsible for possible claims for this concept.
