EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Except with the express written authorisation of Com-forsa to proceed to do so, the company won’t allow the creation of links or hyperlinks to its Web page from other Internet Web pages. In any case, the Web page on which the hyperlink to the Com-forsa Web page may be established must not contain contents which are illicit, contrary to morality, good customs and public order, nor those contents which may infringe the property or rights of Com-forsa or of third parties.
Regarding the hyperlinks to other Web pages of third parties which may appear on the portal, Com-forsa informs the Users that these Web pages do not house contents which are illicit, contrary to morals, good customs and public order, nor any contents which could damage any goods or rights of third parties.
